Businesses are forced to change all the time. Major corporate initiatives are inevitable; successful outcomes are not.
The harsh statistic is that 60 - 70% of major corporate initiatives fail to meet their objectives. So much potential is left unrealized; so many expectations are left unfulfilled; and is some cases, careers side-lined. It doesn’t have to be this way.
My role is to help reverse those discouraging odds. When transformation efforts succeed, they succeed on multiple levels. They strengthen the business and build new capabilities, competencies and the confidence of everyone involved. I love it when this happens.
I’ve seen how powerful a company becomes when the Board, CEO, and the people on the company’s front line all share the same vision, and absolutely want the same thing. In this often cynical world, I‘ve seen how this can, and does, change people’s lives. It’s inspiring when it all comes together and it’s why I do what I do.
